About the Role:

Coordinates day-to-day administrative aspects for field location, ensuring efficient and cost-effective operations. Responsible for maintaining office hours and standards, and providing services related to mail, security, cleaning, maintenance/repair, and general support.

What you will do:

• Responsible for maintaining of the infrastructure of the office, reception, courier, cafeteria, cleaning and all Facility Services apply at the office. 40%

• Maintains neat, professional, and fully functional demo, conference, and office facilities. Coordinates catering and parking services. Supervises vendors, contractors, and building personnel for office services, repairs, maintenance, etc. 15%

• Coordinates and monitors issued and related with building administration, external services providers of maintenance, fire circuits and alarms and operational services of Facilities in the office. 25%

• Relationship the internal and external customer, direct relationship with IT, HHRR and Local Management 10%

• Responsible for seating assignments and space updates. 10%

What you will bring:

• HS Diploma or GED required

• Intermediate English Level

• 2-3 years of Facilities experience

• Availability to work 100% on site in Bogot
