Minimum or Preferred Qualifications:

B.S. Degree in Pharmacy or Pharm D required. Previous hospital/home care experience preferred; residency in hospital pharmacy preferred. NYS Licensure and current NYS Registration.

Salary Range:

$78.00-$89.52 per hour Wage will be determined based on factors such as candidate's experience, qualifications, internal equity, and any applicable collective bargaining agreement.
