We are seeking an Associate Business Services Manager with experience leading a mail room staff to join our team of dedicated professionals.

Location: This position is based out of Century City (CA) on a full-time basis.

Overview of Role: The Associate Business Services Manager is responsible for all mail room processes, general operational support, and providing training/leadership to the Business Services group.

Responsibilities:

  • Troubleshoot escalated service requests

  • Provide training for new team members

  • Coordinate workflow processes for Business Services Administrators 

  • Assist in the coordination of facilities requests for offices

  • Receive shipments from various couriers

  • Scan, file, and distribute mail

  • Pick up and route mail to appropriate locations 

  • Assist with off-site storage files

  • Make trips to bank and other off-site locations 

  • Distribute and maintain stock of office supplies

  • Restock mail drops

  • Prepare cubicles and offices for new hires

  • Other projects and duties as assigned

    A successful candidate will possess the following qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in a similar role, with experience directly managing/supervising a team of staff

  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent is required

  • Solid interpersonal skills and other key soft skills (i.e., communication, time management, emotional intelligence, adaptability, active listening, critical-thinking, etc.) to create and maintain a trusting relationship with staff

  • Expert written and verbal communication skills

  • Proactive with strong attention to detail

  • High standard of neatness and organization

  • Ability to manage and train staff with clear direction

  • Ability to problem solve and provide solutions in a variety of business situations

  • Ability to juggle multiple projects and deadlines with strong follow-through

  • Maintain a level-head when interacting with high-profile clients

  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint

    This is an exempt position. Employee compensation is determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to, employee education/training/credentials, employee work experience, work location (including if the employee will be hybrid or fully in-office), the scope and responsibilities of the role, internal peer equity, and market considerations. The expected base compensation hiring range for this position is $60,000 to $75,000 per year.
