Job Description: We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Packaging Technician to join our team. As a Packaging Technician, you will be responsible for packaging products for sterilization in accordance with established procedures. You will clean, assemble, and package products according to operating procedures, ensuring the highest level of quality and adherence to company policies. Your attention to detail and ability to follow procedures will be crucial in maintaining a safe and efficient production process.

Responsibilities:

• Package products for sterilization in accordance with established procedures.

• Clean, assemble, and package products following operating procedures.

• Inspect products and labels at various stages of the work order using calipers, prints, and scanning equipment as needed.

• Distribute labels from the label machine to the appropriate work cell.

• Maintain cleanliness of the work and gowning area.

• Follow all appropriate procedures in accordance with company policies.

• Pull all materials needed for work orders and maintain material transfers.

• Store, handle, and package products to prevent mixing.

• Complete picking and closing of work orders after final packaging is completed.

• Scan and index work orders into Finished Goods after final product packaging.

• Utilize computer and manufacturing software to make necessary inventory movements.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Previous experience in packaging or manufacturing environment is preferred.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures accurately.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced and regulated environment.

• Basic computer skills and familiarity with manufacturing software.

• Excellent organizational and time management skills.

• Ability to lift and move objects up to [insert weight].

• Adherence to safety protocols and practices.
