The physical therapy technician is responsible for assisting the physical therapist with patient care, cleaning, and organizing the treatment areas.Responsibilities:Assisting patients in and out of the clinic.Assisting physical therapist with patient care and modalities.Cleaning and organizing activies in the treatment areas.Monitoring supplies and maintaining appropriate inventory.Perform laundry duties.Monitor equipment for safety.Assist with clerical duties as needed.Qualifications:The technician must have verbal and written communication skills adequate for patient and therapist interactions as well as phone interactions. The technician must demonstrate the ability to handle multiple tasks along with strong organizational skills.
