Job Title: Project Auditor (ECM)

Job Summary: ECM Holding Company has an opportunity for a Project Auditor in the Denver, CO area. As a Project Auditor, your main responsibility will be to assist the leadership team at ECM in development of quotes, tools, on site audits, and an array of additional responsibilities. This position will travel to job locations and audit sites regularly, and report directly to the Project Director.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Assembly of project quotes

  • Travel to the field to perform physical auditing of buildings

  • Complete energy savings calculations

  • Creation and modification of estimating tools

  • Assistant Project Management

  • Analyze project conditions to support field installation

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in construction science and management, engineering, architecture, business administration, or a related degree or experience

  • Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) 30-Hour Outreach Training

  • Construction Project Management certification

  • Two to Five years of construction experience

  • Planning and forecasting experience.

  • Able to effectively handle multiple projects concurrently in conjunction with day-to-day activities.

  • Demonstrated initiative: ability to work independently, set priorities and react to changing circumstances

  • Great organization skills a must.

  • Documented experience in process development and process improvement

  • Planning and forecasting experience helpful.

  • Able to effectively handle multiple projects concurrently in conjunction with day-to-day activities.

  • Excellent oral & written communication skill

Compensation Range: $45,000 -$55,000

Other Compensation: Discretionary Annual Incentive Plan
