PCB Piezotronics, Inc. Human Resources Intern in Depew, New York
Primary Objective:
Qualified candidates will experience all facets of in Human Resources Department. Provides basic skills as needed in order to successfully complete project(s). Gains real workplace experience in the field of study. Ability to follow-up on outstanding items and follow-through with tasks.
Major Areas of Accountability
Promotes teamwork, cooperation and commitment to “Total Customer Satisfaction” among team members.
Under direct supervision you will provide administrative support to various team members doing performance management, talent development, strategic workforce planning, policy implementation, compliance, etc.
Assist with the creation of job posting templates
Assist with updates to policies and procedures and record retention
Help with updates to our Learning Management System
Work with various team members on a company intranet project
Support the benefits team with filing documentation and other assignments as needed
Other duties as required

Minimum Qualifications
Education
Enrolled in bachelor’s/ master's curriculum in Human Resources, or Business

Must have good interpersonal and organization skills. Must be service-oriented and able to maintain confidentiality. Accuracy and detail oriented.
