Hovione Communications Intern in East Windsor, New Jersey

You will be responsible to:

  • Assist with content creation for various internal communication channels, including TVs, intranet articles, and internal social media platforms.

  • Assist with the development and execution of internal communication campaigns across various channels.

  • Research and develop engaging content formats (e.g., videos, infographics) to effectively communicate company news, updates, and initiatives.

  • Support the planning, logistics, and execution of internal events, such as town halls, team-building activities, celebrations, and awareness days.

  • Assist with maintaining and updating internal communication resources and platforms.

  • Help with on-site video and photography to amplify NJ site presence.

  • Help create employee engagement with NJ site.

  • Provide administrative and operational support to the internal communications team.

We are looking to recruit a Candidate:

  • Currently enrolled in a bachelor's degree program in communications, marketing, journalism, or a related field (or recent graduate).

  • Excellent writing and editing skills with a strong attention to detail.

  • Creative and resourceful with the ability to develop engaging content.

  • Strong organizational and time management skills.

  • Able to work in a face-paced environment.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Experience with content creation tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).

  • Experience with event planning and execution is a plus

  • Familiarity with internal communication best practices.
