Systems with Reliability, LP seeks a RF Electrical Design Engineer to work in Ebensburg, PA, responsible for designing electrical and electronic systems, composing electrical engineering reports and preparing/editing presentations for high-quality broadcasting TV/FM antennas. Specific responsibilities include: (i) designing, analyzing, modifying, testing, and evaluating antenna systems and subsystems level components as well as utilizing design tools including HFSS, Comstudy & Internal Engineering software; (ii) conducting antenna design, including specification, design, and documentation for manufacturing of different antenna and RF solutions for implementation; (iii) coordinating antenna design for specific projects and having knowledge and a clear understanding of theoretical and practical aspects dealing with antennas; (iv) operating computer-assisted engineering or design software and equipment to perform engineering tasks; (v) communicating with technicians through production process to ensure adoption of best practices for excellent technical product; (vi) ensuring that installation and operations conform to standards and customer requirements by preparing electrical systems specifications, technical drawings, and topographical maps; (vii) establishing manufacturing or installation standards or specifications by performing a wide range of detailed calculations; (viii) writing reports and compiling data regarding existing and potential electrical and communication engineering projects and studies; (ix) completing various engineering projects while maintaining primary focus on high quality and safety; and (x) working with CAD engineers and mechanical engineers on final design of RF systems.

Must possess, at a minimum, a Bachelor's degree (or foreign equivalent) in Electrical & Computer Engineering, Electronics & Communication Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering or a directly related engineering field plus one (1) year of experience in an electrical engineering role.

Must know (from any completed university-level coursework, seminars, workshops, or real-world, hands-on experience):  Antennas and Wave propagation; Electromagnetic Fields; RF and Microwave Theory; and Transmission and Wave guides.
