RESUMO DA POSIÇÃO

Estamos recrutando Eletromecânico(a) para atuação na fábrica de chocolate em Extrema-MG. Está posição será responsável por suportar nas atividades relacionadas a área de Manutenção e reportará diretamente para o Supervisor de Manutenção.

PRINCIPAIS RESPONSABILIDADES

Realização de manutenções preventivas, corretivas e preditivas.

Suporte a elaboração de planos de inspeção de manutenção.

Identificação das causas de defeitos em máquinas e equipamentos e instalações, propondo através da ferramenta de análise de causa raiz as ações de correção.

Execução de manutenção no sistema elétrico, mecânico e pneumático, seguindo procedimentos padrão.

Interpretação de desenhos técnicos e usinagem de peças.

REQUISITOS

Curso técnico ou superior nas áreas de mecatrônica, eletroeletrônica ou elétrica e mecânica.

Mínimo de 2 anos de atuação na área de manutenção industrial, preferencialmente no segmento de alimentos.

Conhecimento em rotinas de elétrica, mecânicas e automatização

Conhecimento em elementos de maquina, ex: rolamentos, vedações, fixação, sensores, inversores, motores, servo motores, pneumática, hidráulica.

Leitura e interpretação de desenhos técnicos e esquemas elétricos.

Desejável Conhecimento no sistema Máximo ou outro software de gestão de manutenção.

Ter capacitação em NR 10, SEP.

Desejável conhecimento em técnicas de soldagem e sua aplicação (soldas TIG, MIG e Elétrica).
