 About HUPC

Harmony United Psychiatric Care is part of Harmony United Healthcare LLC.  We provide comprehensive, full-service outpatient mental health, psychiatric, and psychological testing services in Florida through in-person visits and virtually through our secure online telehealth, telepsychiatry platform.  We are continually growing our staff and client base at our current locations and developing new locations throughout Florida.

Our team of mental health professionals includes psychiatrists, clinical psychologists, board-certified psychiatric nurse practitioners, certified physician assistants, and licensed therapists. We care for adults, adolescents, and children, ages 5 and above.

Our approach is to develop trust and confidence with our clients and treat each patient/client with compassion and respect.  We strive to provide the best treatment possible through individualized care for patient/client’s specific needs.

Qualifications / Skills

  • Bachelors Level Degree is the minimum qualification required

  • 2 years of experience in any customer service industry is required

General Responsibilities 

  • Take inbound calls from psychiatric patients

  • Assist patients with Scheduling or rescheduling the appointments

  • Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times

  • Responding promptly to customer inquiries

  • Communicating with customers through various channels

  • Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints

Work Schedule

  • 40 hrs. per week, 10 hours per day

  • Office Hours available Monday through Thursday
