Responsibilities

As an Education Program Intern, you will be involved in:

Program Coordination:

  • Collaborate with program managers and healthcare professionals to plan and execute educational activities.

  • Assist in developing and implementing curriculum for healthcare-related workshops, seminars, courses, and training sessions.

  • Coordinate logistics for program events, including scheduling, venue arrangements, and participant communication.

Content Development:

  • Assist in researching and creating educational content relevant to healthcare professionals.

  • Assist in developing training materials, presentations, and resources for internal training programs.

  • Ensure alignment with healthcare professional standards and best practices.

Data Management and Evaluation:

  • Collect and analyze data related to program effectiveness, participant feedback, and learning outcomes.

  • Assist in evaluating the impact of educational programs on healthcare professionals’ knowledge and skills.

Stakeholder Engagement:

  • Liaise with healthcare professionals, internal teams, and external partners to foster collaboration and engagement.

  • Support communication efforts to promote program participation.

Quality Assurance:

  • Monitor program delivery to ensure high-quality educational experiences.

  • Identify areas for improvement and propose enhancements

Qualifications:

  • A relevant degree (final year student or graduated within 1 year), such as a Bachelor’s or master’s degree in healthcare administration, marketing, or a related field.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

  • Familiarity with graphic design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or other design software are advantageous

  • Familiarity with audio/video editing concepts.

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Familiarity with data collection and analysis methodologies.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Desired criteria:

  • Prior experience in healthcare administration, program coordination, or education is an advantaged

  • Highly motivated and accustomed to working independently.

  • Strong written and oral English communication skills.

  • Ability to work effectively within a team.
