Job Description

• Collaborate with vendors to organize internal events to heighten employee engagement and satisfaction.
• Design graphical materials and compose memos in English and Vietnamese for internal communication purposes.
• Manage internal websites regarding workplace services by ensuring the content is presentable and up to date.
• Handle other administrative tasks such as capturing meeting minutes, booking meeting rooms, keeping track of purchase orders, managing storage inventory, etc.
• Audit vendors' service weekly/monthly

Qualifications

Minimum qualifications:

• 3rd or 4th year university undergraduate, majoring in Business Administration/Marketing/International Business/Hospitality Management/Human Resources Management/Finance/Accounting or any other business majors.

• Ability to commit to at least a 6-month internship and expected graduation date (including temporary graduation) is after December 2024.

• Excellent overall English skills.

Other qualifications:

• Experience in event organization, graphics design, copywriting, customer service is preferred.

• Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Illustrator, Photoshop, Canva is a plus.

• Creative, proactive and tech-savvy.
