Description

We are seeking a direct-hire Billing Analyst to join our team in Pearland, Houston, Texas..

Responsibilities:

• Full cycle project billing, including Time and Material, Time and Service, Work in Progress, and Lump Sum billing.

• Utilizing the Customer Portal for accessing customer information and processing transactions

• Resolution of customer credit inquiries in a timely and professional manner

• Monitoring of customer credit accounts

• Ensuring all billing information is up-to-date and accurate

• Collaborating with other team members to ensure efficient operations in the billing department

• Adherence to all company policies and regulations related to billing and credit processing

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a Billing role or similar function

• Proficient in project billing and invoicing procedures

• Experience with customer portal management

• Strong numerical and analytical skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
