Join Community

Community Health Network was created by our neighbors, for our neighbors. Over 60 years later, “community” is still the heart of our organization. It means providing our neighbors with the best care possible, backed by state-of-the-art technology. It means getting involved in the communities we serve through volunteer opportunities and benefits initiatives. It means ensuring our dedicated caregivers can learn and grow to stay at the top of their fields and to better serve our patients. And above all, it means exceptional care, simply delivered — and we couldn’t do it without you.

Make a Difference

Community Health Network is seeking an Application Analyst to join our team in supporting our business technology solutions. Our team focuses on a range of software applications which drive our business. Examples include our incident notification platform, physical security systems, archiving, and point of sales. This role will have the opportunity to interact with several technology stacks in both technical and functional aspects from implementation and workflow design to hardware troubleshooting as it relates to assigned applications. Our team works with the business to optimize the business’s technology investments and serves as the bridge between them and our solution vendors.

Ideally, candidates for this role present with application support history or similar business functional experience and a high aptitude for technology.

Exceptional Skills and Qualifications

Applicants for this position should be able to collaborate with others in a team setting, have excellent communication skills, and a positive attitude toward problem-solving.

· Bachelor’s degree in computer science or information systems or other technically relevant degree preferred.

· In lieu of the above education requirements, a combination of experience and education will be considered.

· Four (4) or more years of application support or healthcare operations experience preferred.

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

· Excellent written and verbal skills, including conducting/leading customer meetings, conducting presentations, and advising support and implementation teams on technical issues.

· Experience in planning production roll-out and deployment related activities.

· Experience creating and maintaining documentation and standards.

· Ability to work in a team environment consisting of technical and non-technical members.

· Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment with a strong focus on customer service and solution ownership.

· This position will work a hybrid schedule, with the expectation to come on-site weekly and/or an as needed basis.
