University of Louisville Intermittent Temp - Traffic Supervisor (Athletic Events) in Louisville, Kentucky

Minimum Requirements:Minimum of high school diploma and two years experience including supervisory responsibility required. Minimum of 21 years of age. USA Citizenship at time of appointment. Possess a Valid Driver's license. To be eligible for appointment candidates cannot have been convicted of a felony or misdemeanor domestic violence crime as set forth in 18 U.S.C. & 992 (g) (8) and (9). The selection process includes successful completion of a written examination, oral interviews, drug screening test, physical examination and psychological evaluation and comprehensive background investigation.Position Description:The Traffic Supervisor positions will be responsible for supervising assigned staff for sections of the traffic plan ensuring the vehicle and pedestrian safety and security for all patrons attending athletic events hosted by the University of Louisville. This position reports directly to the Detail Commander.Job Responsibilities:Supervise assigned staff responsible for the flow of vehicle and pedestrian traffic, patrols for non-moving violations, and responses to reported accidentsEnsure the vehicle and pedestrian safety and security of all patronsAssist in emergency situations, including but not limited to medical and weather emergenciesThe Athletic Department is committed to creating equitable and inclusive campus environments that accelerate the success of the full range of our students and employees.
