The Manager of Procurement – FFE will support our Brands & Operators related to the FFE categories. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Manages & Serves as FFE Category Lead collaborating and working with all Partners to ensure supply by: o Develop & implement equipment supply strategy including securing alternate vendors, inventory stocking positions, reduction of complexity and custom items, including new store openings. o Maintain FFE vendor & Distributor relations, business reviews, contracts, billing reviews, and serves as a liaison between our Vendors, Distributors, and restaurants for all FFE category components including contracts for product, warranty, and service. o Ensures New Store prototype plans are updated to reflect the latest FFE model for installation replication and scalability; collaborate with design on spec approvals. o Works with Internal Partners & Vendors to find and recommend new cost saving & increased efficiency FFE opportunities, preparing & processing RFP’s, sharing best practices, and testing new ideas and products following the testing process. o Oversee reorder process & collaborate on escalations to support existing stores; escalate as needed. o Collaborates with Store Partners on questions.

  • Define & monitor Supplier Performance leveraging KPIs and communicate back to Suppliers.

  • Continuous improvement for the procure-to-pay process by identifying and leading efforts to streamline, automate and standardize processes across suppliers & items.

  • May come in contact with company trade secrets, confidential information, and intangible assets.

Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred

Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in knowledge of FFE purchasing from experience working in a restaurant chain, and/or experience working with chain accounts with an equipment dealer. A comprehensive knowledge of types and brands of equipment is a must as well as an ability to communicate both orally and written is required.

Computer Skills: Microsoft Office with heavy emphasis on Excel, TEAMS

Other Skills: Organization, Communication, Project Management and experience with Contracts
