ABOUT THIS POSITION

About This Position

We are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic Human Resources Intern to join our People Team with a focus on Talent Management and Learning Development. This role is ideal for someone pursuing a career in Human Resources and looking to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic and supportive environment.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Update and support process documentation such as onboarding, talent review playbook, and high potential leader training program.

  • Perform research and data analysis to provide recommendations that will enhance people programs such as onboarding, training, and exit interview surveys.

  • Assist with the development and review of leader and team member training materials focused on building individual and leadership capability. Additionally, support the curation of learning paths in LinkedIn Learning.

  • Support HR Business Partners in coordinating organizational projects (i.e. career pathing, succession planning) and implementing change management initiatives to increase user adoption.

  • Partner with the Learning & Development Team to develop a mentoring program.

  • Design, create and publish Learning & Development SharePoint site to provide information to the organization for development access and programs.

  • Participate in meetings and brainstorming sessions to generate innovative ideas to ensure we have cutting edge digital learning strategy and solutions.

  • Conduct a needs analysis by interviewing leaders and team members to help prioritize skill development priorities.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED

What You’ll Need

  • Current enrollment in a bachelor’s or master’s degree program in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.

  • 3.0 or above GPA

  • Strong acumen of Program Management, Microsoft Suite including Teams

  • Interest in healthcare and/or technology ​industry

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Attention to detail 

  • Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment

  • Ability to handle and maintain confidentiality with sensitive HR data
