Join us and be a part of our journey. job description Akelius is seeking a driven and solutions-oriented intern to join the leasing team.

The leasing intern will primarily be responsible for providing analytical support for Akelius’ portfolio, as well as process leasing paperwork.

The successful candidate will be provided a positive learning and practical work experience, all while contributing toward the success of Akelius.

  • help develop creative marketing strategies to generate qualified leads

  • process resident applications and move-in documents

  • provide customer service to residents, clients, and vendors

     

  • supply administrative support to the leasing team

  • update and maintain online and company databases

  • perform other duties as needed

    who you are

  • must currently be pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree in real estate, marketing, business, or a related field

  • must have and maintain a cumulative GPA of 3.00 or higher as determined by your current academic institution

  • proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook

     

  • strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • strong written and verbal communication skills

  • attention to detail and the ability to build interpersonal relationships with clients, peers, and management
