Barilla G. & R. Fratelli is looking for a Senior Internal Auditor, within the Internal Audit unit. The position will report to the Senior Audit Manager and it will be based in our Headquarters in Parma.

Job Purpose

Perform , under the supervision of the Internal Audit Senior Manager, all the phases of an audit project from planning to reporting and follow-up.

Key Accountabilities

Support the Audit function management in the planning of the audit projects, in particular by:

• Analysing data and preliminary documents, conducting preliminary interviews and process mapping

• Contributing to the development of the Objective and Scope Sheet and of the work program

  Support the Audit function management in the execution of the audit projects, in particular by:

• Interviewing management, mapping processes and performing analyses and sample tests using specific audit software (i.e. ACL, MS Excel, MS Access)

• Identifying potential issues, drafting and discussing with the Audit function management and auditees relevant audit observations and recommendations.

• Coordinate the work of junior auditors, when assigned to same projects.

  Monitor the implementation of the recommendations agreed with management, also performing follow-up audit.

  Requirements

• Master's degree in Economics

• At least 3 years of experience in internal audit or at big-four

• CIA is a plus

• Fluent English

• Knowledge of SAP, AuditBoard, ACL, Microsoft Office
