LCV EUCOM Poland: Fuel Distribution Systems Operator - Contingency

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and maintain the amount of fuel in the tanks for fuel operations.

  • Perform usage calculations and requests service time and amount for tank filling.

  • Prepare and check receiving/shipping documents and fuel accountability paperwork.

  • Visually inspect samples of fuel, checks API and fuel additives with test equipment.

  • Gauge tanks for water, temperature, and fuel levels.

  • Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on terminal system and fuel equipment.

  • Responsible for daily fuel accountability, paperwork, and reports.

  • Directly oversee subcontract workers.

  • Conduct daily Preventive Maintenance Checks and Services (PMCS) of fuel-related equipment.

  • Perform daily testing of fuel.

  • Maintain and follow all KBR Safety and Quality Programs.

  • Responsible for following all daily fuel retail and mobile operations.

Required Qualifications:

  • Must have a High School Diploma or equivalent.

  • Requires at least 2 years of directly related experience.

  • Requires knowledge of U.S. Army Fuel Regulations.

  • Must have knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook Applications.

  • Must have excellent leadership and communication skills.

  • Must have a valid Passport with at least 18 months of validity.

  • Knowledge of all relevant safety standards related to area of responsibility required.

  • Requires a valid driver's license.

Candidates must meet visa and or work permit requirements for the country of assignment to be considered and eligible for employment.
