Bolton & Menk is seeking to expand our creative studio services team by adding a Video & Photography Production Specialist to our team in Raleigh, NC. As a Video & Photography Production Specialist, you'll collaborate within our creative studio to help tell the stories that embody our belief: all people should live in safe, sustainable, and beautiful communities.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

• Utilize diverse mediums, such as video, motion graphics, and photography, to contribute to creating engaging stories for all audiences

• Capture and edit video footage and photographs

• Fulfill all Bolton & Menk, as well as all client video and photography projects

• Help provide creative art direction in addition to performing production work

• Collaborate with 3D animation specialists, graphic designers, marketing team and other key staff to develop content and ensure all content follows brand standards and guidelines

• Maintain a consistent look and feel throughout all branded videos

• Maintain all video equipment

• Contribute to and help maintain a well-organized video asset library

• Assure all assets are archived for future needs and reference

• Manage and prioritize work to ensure timelines are met and deliverables are on-brand and accurate

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

• Degree in video or multimedia production

• Minimum 2 years of experience preferred

• Highly skilled in telling stories through video, photography, and motion graphic animation

• Highly skilled in the technical aspects of video and photography production (i.e. lighting and sound design)

• Strong working knowledge of editing apps such as Premiere, After Effects, Lightroom, and Photoshop

• Strong working knowledge of motion graphic production

• UAV Part 107 certified or willing and able to become certified

• Possess valid driver's license and is insurable at firm's standard rates
