Health Aging Intern   The Utah Department of Health & Human Services Healthy Aging Program (UDHHS HAP) in partnership with the University of Utah College of Nursing is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented* Intern* to contribute to mitigating disparities in chronic disease self-management education (CDSME) delivery in underserved adult populations. Built on a community-academic partnership,the current project will work with a wide range of community partners and community members to understand the systematic barriers in CDSME delivery and co-develop strategies to promote equitable and sustainable delivery of CDSME programs. As an Intern,you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in conducting community-engaged research. Through this opportunity,the* Intern* will be able to enhance their research and community engagement skills. The position will begin June 2024 and end in March 2025.
