Description

Amazon Japan Seller Services team is looking for a seasoned and forward-thinking Product Manager to streamline the Seller experience to ensure full regulatory compliance across Amazon operations.

In this role, you will work with senior leaders and stakeholders across global customer trust, operations, compliance, and global product and tech to develop and execute a roadmap featuring high-impact solutions that improve Seller experience with a goal to guarantee every stage of the Seller journey fully complies with regulatory requirements. You will own and drive the customer working backwards strategy, tenets, long-term goals, and execution together with governance structure to ensure success. You will work in a fast-paced environment and be required to lead not only at the strategic level, but also tactically by diving deeply into business and technical domains to unlock opportunities. To be successful in this role, you will need to be comfortable interfacing and influencing across a variety of functional and technical teams, and with individuals at senior levels. As this is a highly visible and impactful position, Excellent written, verbal communication and data analytical skills are a necessity.

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, economics, computer science, data science, engineering, or other related field

• 8+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience

• Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working within a high-growth, technology company

• Knowledge of SQL
