Job Summary:

As an Operations Team Leader, you will be responsible for:

• Setting KPIs for the operations team and working on improving the team performance.

• Creating SOPs and enhancing team structure.

• Monitoring retailers' performance and work on enhancing their productivity.

• Handling daily retailers' operations issues and making sure the workflow is smooth.

• Retaining our retailers and reducing churn rate.

• Collaborating with the acquisition team to close the delivery gaps and increase retailers' coverage and retailers share.

• Increasing team productivity and the ability of every team member to handle more retailers.

• Focusing on the team budget and costs.

What we look for:

• 3-4 years of experience in vendor management or courier management

• Excellent English

• Excellent Communication Skills
