You will capture, enter and validate customer orders in a timely and accurate manner, using all methods and all order types.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing orders and verifying stock levels to make sure the order can be fulfilled

• Managing export process, organizing transportation for the orders in close cooperation with the 3rd party distributors

• Building strong relationship with customers and providing them with best-in-class service

• Solving problems or issues which might occur during the export process

• Bringing ideas on improving current processes and ways of working

What you need to be successful:

• Previous experience in Customers Service and Logistics role

• Fluency in English

• Ability to build strong and long term business relationship with clients and business partners

• Problem solving and multitasking skills

• Good organization and priority setting skills

• MS Excel skills – SAP knowledge will be a strong plus

• Good knowledge of the total supply chain/order-to-cash process
