The Engineering Administrative Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Structural Engineering Dept. Roles & Responsibilities Coordinate processing of engineering documentation, plans, letters of approval to local municipalities and offices having jurisdiction. Update records within a database Source, print, prepare job details according to schedule Manage communication including emails, phone calls, and cases. Review letters and documentation for accuracy. Engage with internal departments and engineering department staff to ensure the best outcome for our customers. Qualifications & Experience High School diploma or general education degree (GED) required. Associate degree in Business Administration preferred.
