KANAB FENCE WORKS Assistant Office Manager in WASHINGTON, Utah

Taylor Made Fencing LLC in Washington, UT is looking to hire an Assistant Office Manager.

We are a well-established business with a history of reputable fence installations in southern Utah, northern Arizona, and Clark County Nevada. We are looking for an assistant office manager to work Monday -- Thursday, 9:30 AM -- 3 PM at $19 per hour. Annual increase considered.

Responsibilities:

Answer phones and write down caller's requests.

Track and record all accounts payable.

Pay all accounts payable in a timely manner.

Manage accounts receivable -- review on a weekly basis and contact any past due accounts.

Record customer payments in accounts receivable on QuickBooks.

Reconcile credit card and bank statements.

Track and update equipment, property, and liability insurance policies.

Assist Office Manager where needed in other areas.

Skills:

Must be detail oriented.

Prefer bookkeeping experience.

Familiar with QuickBooks Online software.

Familiar with Excel and Microsoft Word.

Have good phone etiquette.
