Johnson Controls Design Drafter II in Waynesboro, Pennsylvania

Reference #: 20372859 What you will do: Successful applicant will work with Power Electronics Engineer to design and draft drawings and bills of material for Compressor Motor VFD panels. Work with Software Support team to implement panel designs into existing compressor configurator for implementation of panel designs into products / production. Draft as necessary order specific drawings for Compressor Motor VFD panels.

How you will do it:

Using Autocad Electrical create motor size specific electrical schematics and panel assembly drawings for Compressor Motor VFD panels.

Using MS Excel create motor size specific bills of materials and part requisitions associated to applicable panel wiring / assembly drawings.

Check and approve drawings / bills of material generated by configurator against contract specific Compressor Motor size requirements.

What we look for Required Qualification:

Associate Degree or 2 years' experience in Electrical Controls Contract Engineering.

Autocad / Autocad Electrical

Microsoft Office (Access, Word, Excel, One Note, Outlook, Teams)

Preferred Skills:

Inventor

Product Stream / Vault

VFD knowledge / experience
